Getting started
How does the timer and my cat work?
Pick a focus length, tap Start, and stay on task. Complete a session and you earn coins. Leave a focus session early and your cat loses one of its 9 lives — run out, and your cat "dies" until you revive it. Coins can be spent in the store on new cat breeds and accessories.
What's Focus Mode? (Android only)
Focus Mode can block distracting apps while you're in a session, using Android's Usage Access and overlay permissions. It's optional and configured in Settings. There's no equivalent on iOS, since iOS doesn't offer the system capability this relies on.
Coins & Purchases
How do I earn coins?
Complete focus sessions to earn coins. On Android, you can also watch a rewarded ad for bonus coins.
Can I buy coins? (iOS)
On iOS, Nekodoro may offer optional one-time coin pack purchases through the App Store. These are one-time purchases, not subscriptions — they don't auto-renew.
Can I get a refund?
All purchases go through Apple, and only Apple can issue refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com — we don't have the ability to process refunds directly.
Account & Sync
Do I need an account?
No — you can use Nekodoro fully as a Guest. Signing in with Google or Apple lets your cat, coins, and progress sync and back up across your devices.
How do I delete my account?
Open Nekodoro → Settings → Cloud Sync → Delete Account. This permanently removes your synced data. You can also email us at riteshsethia7@gmail.com and we'll process the deletion for you. See our Privacy Policy for details on what's deleted.
